Project Overview
Our objective was to coordinate a sneak peek open house event to promote the company's newest planned mixed-use development, "The BEAT"—centrally rooted in the vibrant Uptown District of Long Beach.
Creative Strategy
My philosophy was centered around engaging the community through various culture-focused activations, including collaborations with local emerging artists, musicians, crafters, culinary professionals, educators & more.
This strategy was designed to tap into the rich cultural history of the neighborhood and ignite a revival through showcasing the community's creativity, expression, artistry & knowledge.
