Campaign Objective

Coordinate and launch an onsite pop-up market event (November 6, 2021), featuring local artisans and live music.

Increase customer traffic to the property and promote awareness to the shopping center's long-term retail tenants.

Goal: Target 5-10% increase in anchor tenant sales

Scope

Execute the following throughout the campaign:

  • Curate a series of organic social media content

  • Design and distribute promotional print materials on-site

  • Design and publish advertisements on the company calendar webpage

  • Design and distribute e-blast email advertisements in the company's weekly newsletter

  • Coordinate onsite logistics, permits, booth rentals & participating merchants with event planning vendor partner

  • Hire live music performers for the event

  • Outline & execute marketing strategy agreement with vendor partner

  • Communicate marketing strategy agreements to participating merchants and musicians

  • Encourage merchants and musicians to submit user-generated teaser content (pre-event) and live event "sneak peeks", tagging The CAMP on their organic social channels

  • Encourage and coordinate promotional sales with permanent anchor tenants to increase existing customer flow

  • Boost organic social content leading up to the event

  • Share live event "sneak peeks" on social media stories

  • Share recap posts following the event, tagging merchants and encouraging them to reshare to their networks
